Replaced Guide: “Chapter 6” Walkthrough & All Collectibles

Welcome back to Replaced. This part starts right after the last one and takes you back to the lab. This guide will help you finish Chapter 6 without missing anything important by showing you how to get every collectible, complete every objective, and solve every puzzle.

Be careful: you can miss a lot of collectibles and optional items. If you move too far ahead, you won’t be able to access Scans, Music Tracks, or upgrades. So make sure to explore everything first.

The Woods Area Walkthrough

Reach starts off in a wooded area in Chapter 6. Carefully platform your way through the terrain as you move steadily to the right. As you move through this long section, try not to fall into the water.

A short cutscene will eventually start, showing PCPD officers patrolling the area. You will get to the factory area after jumping over a fence and climbing a ladder.

Factory Section Guide

Part of the Factory

Go past the smokestacks and into the factory. There is an air conditioning unit inside that you can push.

To get Scan #63: Souvenir Key Chain, push it all the way to the left and then use the pole nearby to swing up to a higher platform.

Next, move the unit so that it is between the first two smokestacks. You can climb, swing across, and use an air boost to get to the next part with this setup.

To find Kinetic Inductor #4, go all the way to the right and drop down into a hole. Interact with the orange console after you pick it up to change it to green.

Go back outside and climb the poles again, but this time go up and to the left instead of to the right. Keep going across the roof, fighting off PCPD officers as you go.

You will soon get a device that lets you hack. To get the Reflashed achievement, you need to do three hacks in a row without making any mistakes. The first hack shows up right away, the second is close to a turret, and the third is further back in the warehouse section.

Warehouse and Laboratory Approach

After you get past the turrets, you’ll have to go through a parking lot where you’ll find more enemies. Go straight ahead into a warehouse full of platforms.

Go up from the right side and head to Platform A to get Scan #64: Trading Worldwide. Keep going right to find your third hacking point.

To move forward, go up to Platform D and go into the vents above. On the other side, drop down and hack the console to open the gates while avoiding turret fire.

Climb the yellow bars on the containers and go through the hole in the top right. After you leave the vents, kill another group of enemies.

To find Scan #65: Phoenix Tech Show on a table, go to the right and down the stairs toward the camera. Take the battery that is close by and move it carefully, along with the stacked boxes, out of the turret’s line of sight.

Put the battery in the forklift to raise the platform. Go back to the vents and drop down onto the raised forklift to keep going.

Data Analysis Area Walkthrough

To get to the Data Analysis section, go up the stairs and through the exit door. Go left and break into a console to lower the ladder.

Go into a big arena for battle. After defeating all of your enemies, use the terminal and go through all of the dialogue options to get Scan #66: Classified Protocols and Scan #67: Climatologist Letter.

Go out the left door and take the elevator up. Go outside and turn left past the “Unit 02” sign to find Scan #68: Scratched Wingman near windows that are closed.

Then go to the right, avoiding a turret that is patrolling, and break into the door at the end.

Electrified Platform Puzzle Section

This area shows you electrified platforms. Be careful and plan your jumps.

To get Genetic Profile #7, drop down a gap in the middle and go left. Go back to the right and climb back up.

Hack the console and ride a moving platform while hacking Wi-Fi nodes above it to keep it moving. At the end, go through a straight part with steam vents and then climb down a long ladder into the research lab.

Research Lab and Rooftop Walkthrough

Get rid of the enemies in the lab, then go straight ahead to find Scan #69: Surgical Station Manual. Keep going and break into the next door to get Scan #70: R.E.A.C.H. Manual.

There will be a cutscene in the Testing Control room. After that, kill the enemies and move the stretcher to the left and out of the room.

Keep going until you get to a turret. To get to the vents, climb a ladder nearby. You will get to an outdoor area called “Roof Access” after going through them.

Jump across a gap instead of going down that path to find Music Track #8: Abandoned Forest.

Go back to the main road, turn left, and climb up on the roofs. Keep going to get Scan #71: Firefighter’s Audiologs.

You will see a ladder with yellow stripes on it after you cross a radio tower antenna and go back inside. Don’t go down yet; first, go to the right to get Scan #72: Private Diary.

Main Server Area Guide

Go down the ladder and through the stealth and hacking parts. When Reach says the journey is almost over, look for Scan #73: Guard’s Burned Letter on a box along the way.

You will soon go into a room with a big machine that will start a cutscene. To get to the core server, go out the left door and hack it to find Kinetic Inductor #5. This will unlock the Top Gear achievement.

Get the battery out of this room and bring it back to power the elevator. Ride it up and keep going right until you get to the Core Server.

The main console isn’t working yet. Go to the room on the far right, break into the console, and move the wires to get power back.

Go back to the main console and interact with it to start another cutscene.

Final Section and Ending

Go back to the elevator and ride it up once more. To get Scan #74: McVeigh Profile, go to the next floor and go into the vents on the left.

Go up the elevator shaft and follow a long series of vents that will take you to a big arena for fighting. After you beat all the enemies, go to the right and follow the strange voice to a character named Disposal.

When she joins you, go left until another cutscene starts. To get away from the turret, keep moving left from here. This long sequence eventually takes you back outside to the woods.

Keep going until you reach The Wall, which will start a few last cutscenes.
