Lindy saves Richard from Mr. Magoo at the start of Episode 10. She is able to trap Mr. Magoo in a bird cage before taking care of Richard’s wounds and giving him a real apology. She asks him for help with TikTok, which is a sign that her mind has changed.
Later, Lindy posts a video in which she publicly admits her mistakes and gives up her Pulitzer. Lulu watches the video at the airport and is touched to see her friend waiting for her.
Les Comes Back with a Dangerous Plan
Les comes to find Mr. Magoo locked up and begs Lindy for a chance to explain himself. He suggests that they break into the lab to make the formula that will make her normal size again. Lindy agrees to help, but she makes it clear that their marriage is over, which breaks Les’s heart.
The Plan for Breaking Into the Lab
Les makes a plan that includes Richard, Martin, and Janet. Janet brings Lindy into the building in a pizza box, which is against the rules. Their first plan falls apart right away when they find out that Hilton has already taken all of the formula vials.
Les decides to make a new formula from scratch, and Janet tries to wipe the servers. But Vivienne and Hilton’s changes to security make things even more difficult. It also comes to light that Hilton has made military equipment smaller, which raises the stakes a lot.
Inside the Lab, Things Are Going Crazy
Janet raises the pressure in the building to make it harder for Les to get into the lab. Richard tells Janet how he feels before he leaves.
Les is trying to recreate the formula inside with the help of equations that Lulu gave him. He keeps going even though he’s not sure about the final calculation. Vivienne, on the other hand, captures Lindy, which leads to a tense fight. Les drops the vials during the fight, and they fall into the elevator shaft. Lindy is able to stop Vivienne, but the vials are still out of reach.
Lindy is determined to get them back, and Les shrinks himself down to help. As the building starts to fall apart, they barely get away with the formula and meet up with the others outside.
Trying Out the New Formula
Les says he doesn’t know if the formula will work when he gets home, so he offers to test it on himself. Lulu uses this time to tell the truth: she has been kicked out of school. Even though there is a lot of tension, the group goes ahead with the experiment, putting Les in a tub for safety. The formula works and makes him the right size again.
Then they successfully bring Lindy back to life, and Lulu helps Richard too. Afterward, Les and Lindy make up and decide to give their marriage another chance. Lindy says she wants to write about what happened, and Les completely agrees with her.
The last twist ending
Vivienne finds a tiny version of Nils on the street at the end of the episode. His hope for freedom doesn’t last long, which makes it seem like the story isn’t over yet.
Review of the Episode
The last episode tries to bring together the emotional and storylines that have been building all season. Les and Lindy finally admit that they both played a role in the end of their marriage. Their complicated relationship, which is full of ambition and manipulation, is what makes them perfect for each other.
Les shows a lot of growth, especially when he shrinks himself down to help Lindy, which puts his life in danger. His vulnerability during the restoration process adds a rare moment of emotional depth.
But the ending doesn’t feel right. Their sudden reconciliation after a season full of fighting and bad behavior seems rushed and not very convincing. Lindy gets her professional voice back, but the emotional payoff doesn’t fully work.
The finale shows the show’s bigger problems as a whole. The Miniature Wife has a great idea, but it has trouble with pacing and coherence over the course of ten episodes. A more organized story could have led to a better ending. The end of the series feels rushed and disappointing as it is now.
