Fans of Thai BL dramas continue to be excited for Ticket to Heaven due to its emotional storyline and thought-provoking themes. The series, based on Best Kittisak’s novel, interweaves romance, faith, identity and personal struggle into a compelling coming-of-age story.
The drama is set in 1996 and is about Tanrak, a devout orphan who dreams of becoming ordained, hoping that he will one day reunite with his parents in heaven. Tanrak is a model student at his seminary school. He is devoted to his beliefs and is looked up to by his peers.
When Father Arnon assigns him to mentor Barth, a troubled newcomer with little faith in religion, his life takes an unexpected turn. Barth arrives at the seminary with baggage and a deep skepticism of God, with no place else to go after a previous incident.
Tanrak and Barth are at first at odds because they see the world differently. But the more time they spend together, the more their relationship starts to change. As their emotional bond grows, Tanrak is forced to face difficult questions about faith, love, and the future he’s always imagined for himself.
The drama was highly anticipated even before its premiere due to the casting of popular GMMTV stars Gemini Norawit and Fourth Nattawat. The project is also lucky to have acclaimed director and co-writer Aof Noppharnach, who has previously directed Moonlight Chicken and Bad Buddy.Ticket to Heaven Streaming Where to Watch

The teaser also teases a big turning point in Tanrak and Barth’s relationship as the pair share a kiss. In the meantime Cherry offers Barth a pep talk, suggesting that denying true feelings only leads to misery.
As Tanrak struggles to control his emotions around Barth, he is forced to confront hard questions about happiness, desire and destiny. Phak observes the closeness growing between the two boys, and things get complicated as their relationship comes under scrutiny.
Elsewhere, Barth wonders if Tanrak, had he been given total freedom to determine his future, would have made the same life choices. Meanwhile, Kongdech is blaming Tanrak for not doing his job, which makes things more complicated.
As emotions flare and secrets get harder to keep, Episode 4 looks to deliver some of the biggest moments of the season so far.
