We Are All Trying Here is about a group of people in the competitive film industry who are dealing with ambition, jealousy, and their own problems. Hwang Dong-man is the main character in the story. He is an aspiring director who hasn’t made his first film yet, but he is determined to stay true to his vision.
There are also layered characters around him, like the sharp-tongued producer Byeon Eun-a, whose tough exterior hides deeper insecurities, and Park Kyeong-se, a struggling director who is still dealing with the effects of a recent failure.
As their paths start to cross, things get more tense, insecurities come out, and relationships are put to the test.

This is a JTBC original series called We Are All Trying Here. Every Saturday and Sunday at 10:40 PM (KST), new episodes air in South Korea. Netflix has the show available to stream for people outside of the US.
Date and time of Episode 1’s release
The first episode of We Are All Trying Here will come out on Saturday, April 18. It will be ready around 3:00 PM GMT and 10:00 AM ET.
Netflix usually adds subtitles quickly, so there should be English subtitles available when the movie comes out.
Each episode should last about an hour and ten minutes, which is the normal length for K-dramas.
